Construction law and the investment process
Cases involving development activities and construction law are one of the key areas of the law firm’s activities.
We advise our clients on the following matters in particular:
- proceedings on administrative decisions (change of use, exclusion from agricultural production, zoning permits and building permits),
- agreements with municipal, county and provincial authorities, as well as with representatives of the following departments: geodesy, architecture, environmental protection, roads and technical infrastructure,
- drafting and negotiating contracts for works or services related to real estate and the construction process (e.g. contracts with general contractors, main contractors, concerning author's supervision, the investor's supervision and project management),
- drafting and negotiating agreements between co-owners, agreements on the use of common areas and quoad usum agreements,
- advising on agreements with utility suppliers and other service providers, providing tax advice related to development projects.
