Real estate law constitute one of the key areas of the law firm’s activities.
The law firm provides legal assistance on a range of real estate issues, including:
- advice at all stages of real estate projects, whether commercial, office, residential, logistics or for other purposes,
- advice on: real estate acquisitions, spatial planning, the construction process, financing, leasing and sale of real estate and infrastructure development

- drafting the documents necessary to establish a non-governmental organisation, in particular the statutes and resolutions, as well as other documents appointing the members of the bodies,

- the establishment of mortgages, easements, other types of limited rights and in rem and personal securities,
- mergers and acquisitions, transformations and restructurings of real estate companies,

- drafting and negotiating brokerage agreements for real estate transactions.
